Dd 5e Flaws. Its on the tin. You are unathletic and uncoordinated. You take a -2 penalty on Strength- Dexterity- and Constitution-based ability checks and skill checks. Flaws describe shortcomings insecurities and weaknesses.
One of my favorite flaws in a character is insomnia 50 chance to sleep. For example while a feat affecting skills grants 2 bonus on two skills its counterpart flaw might impose a -4 penalty on two skills. Otherwise the party would spend entire sessions in a tavern and develop tables for youre really drunk do you vomit start a fight strip make a pass etc. I hide a secret that would bring shame to my family or even all of elf-kind.
